<image:title>Leader Lab ONLINE - Leader Lab ONLINE Mastermind Community Works!</image:title>
<image:caption>Thank you so much Dina for providing such an amazing experience! I highly recommend that if you are working in a corporate environment, hosting your own business, or starting a new job you need a leadership guide like Dina to lead you and show you the way. Emma I'm still thinking about that trip to Portugal for the first ever Leader Lab Retreat- but more than the place, I'm thinking about the people. The Leader Lab women I traveled with are some of the most encouraging, intelligent, supportive, brave and strong humans I've met. It's been an honor to work with and learn from them over the past 6 months - and it was a GIFT to be with some of them, in the flesh, for a whole week. Beth The most impactful parts of Leader Lab have been learning new ways to better empower myself and my team; sharing my own personal experiences in a group; and hearing other’s struggles, stories and journeys to define and implement their missions. It is extremely inspiring to realize that I am not alone in my struggles. Each of us is trying new things to expand our perspectives and level up. Dana I had a large turn over in staff and was looking for ways to do things differently. Work culture is something I have felt very strongly about for quite sometime but wasn’t sure how to best make the needed changes happen. These strategies have opened up such great talks and accountability for our team and I absolutely love the way it has created a way of taking me out of the “boss” role. Now I feel more like a guide as I support their strengths as a team members. Kristine The Leader Lab process has been beneficial, especially when my little voice of discouragement peeks in. Attending regular calls has shifted my behavior and made my WHY crystal clear. As my awareness grew, the energy within me settled, and without knowing, I became confident once again. My confusing communication became crystal clear once I focused on my deep calling. I know what I need and how to get there. Learning tools such as managing a difficult conversation, diving deep, and moving from emotional thinking to the logical part of the brain are a few of my favorite things learned with the group. Yogi The most impactful part for me was learning to receive feedback from my staff and understand their perspective, and what is important for me to work on in my leadership skills. Since I have worked with you, I have been practicing the Steps to Courageous Conversations often. When I have a difficult challenge I understand the importance to prepare, prepare, prepare in advance, be respectful, focus on the concern, the goals and stay based on facts. Maria Alice This group provides an incredible environment for accountability and growth. I have always known that reflecting in every situation is important, but you have taught me how to reflect on a deeper level and apply what I learned. I think the ability to reflect on my own perspective, as well as considering how others may see things, has been an overarching result I have seen in myself over the past few months. Knowing the difference between my upper and lower mind has been very helpful in doing this. Savannah</image:caption>
